Asian Shares Fall on Deutsche Bank Woes, OPEC Concerns – Wall Street Journal
Asian shares traded lower Friday as traders dialed back hopes for proposed oil-production cuts, and as Deutsche Bank worries continued to rattle global markets.
The Nikkei Stock Average ended down 1.5% and Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 slid 0.7%. Korea’s Kospi was 1.2% lower. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.9%, but the Shanghai Composite closed up 0.2%.
